Creative Director/Cinematographer
Alana Tompson
Alana Tompson is a multi-award-winning cinematographer and Creative Director of Said & Done Media, the all-women production company she founded in 2015. She began her career filming for Animal Planet’s Whale Wars in Antarctica, spending 100 days at sea documenting high-stakes clashes between the Japanese Whaling Fleet and Sea Shepherd. Since then, she has built a reputation for creating documentary, advertising, fashion, lifestyle, and corporate content that is both thought-provoking and visually striking. Alana’s leadership is defined by her commitment to diverse, collaborative crews and her passion for storytelling that is bold, authentic, and impossible to ignore. Through Said & Done Media, she continues to push the boundaries of what production can look like, delivering work that resonates deeply with audiences.​

Senior Editor/Animator
Phoenix Anna Cherry
Phoenix is an experienced editor and storyteller with a track record of shaping content that connects with audiences and drives impact. She has worked on several AACTA Award–winning documentaries, including Gurrumul (2017) and We Were Once Kids (2021), and was lead editor on The Lost City of Melbourne (2022), the highest-grossing Australian documentary of that year. Phoenix is highly skilled in managing complex post-production workflows, overseeing everything from media ingest and data management to liaising with post houses and delivering polished, high-quality edits. With a sharp editorial eye and a collaborative approach, she excels at distilling hours of material into clear, engaging stories. As a neurodiverse transgender woman, Phoenix brings a unique perspective and lived experience to her work, adding depth, authenticity, and a strong sense of connection to every project.

Lead Producer
Diana Fisk
Diana is a producer, impact specialist, advocate and consultant. Diana's work centres around impact and advocacy having been involved in a number of high performing projects in various ways such as Seen (Impact & EP), Founder (producer), Under Cover (Impact), Brazen Hussies (Impact), The Show Must Go On (Impact) and True Vision (writer, director, producer). Diana has been fortunate to collaborate with Australia's biggest agencies, production companies and creatives, as well as working on several international projects. She has been integral in coordinating various events including the Australian Feature Film Summit, the Raising Films Forum and Time’s Up: A Forum For Change. A passionate advocate for equality, Diana has been a board member with WIFT Victoria, WIFT Australia, and was founder of the Victorian chapter of Screen Vixens. Most recently, Diana was General Manager of Bus Stop Employment, advising some of Australia's most successful productions on inclusion and access.
